Mine also fell in water, I was online when it did. Removed it almost immediately, dried it, didn't see any signs of water on the screen but since then it hangs violently in between, songs, videos you could be doing anything and it'll just hang until it restarts. I've given it to an engineer to check for water damage, he did but it still hangs and restarts at the most odd moments. It's frustrating.

13c is IP52 watervresistant only. Means splashproof and cant be drenched. I have mine fall in water but still ok heheh

My personal view is that for a budget oriented phone Redmi 13C does favorably well. Smart comfortable and classy in appearance that does attract the eye. As an average internet user the battery keeps me going for about three days without having to worry about recharging though charging from the provided 18 watt charger takes 2 hrs. The IPS LCD screen display is presentable enough though not as good in sunlit conditions. The Media Helio G85 processor does keep up the phone to an impressive speed and functionality 8MP and 50MP dual back Camera capture very worthy presentable shots for a budget end phone.

i did💀 (it is the redmi) ill re tell what happened i diped my phone for 30 secs with a case yesterday it worked fine now today i found water in my camera lence and it was dead i rebooted my phone is was buzzing in the inside and charging was terrible no sound i changed the charger battary was chargin good then 1min it started working like normal (i regret doing that)
