​@@amare7430 correct he is the reverse of a chuuni. Hyde is incredibly down to earth that it becomes a plot point that people assume he's a chuuni then become disappointed when he's everything but. Though the last part (not being extraordinary/special) makes the girls of Under Night wet and see him as house husband material, and rightfully so, he knows how to cook, clean, take care of himself and others, and his dishes is good enough to impress the freeloaders. They see him as a levelheaded husband that is good to have kids with.

In Hyde’s defense, he never wanted any of this. He is a reluctant hero that only fights because he basically has to for himself and others Ruby always wanted to be a hero but bit off more then she could chew. I like Ruby but she also got herself into a mess. Trouble finds Hyde while Ruby usually goes towards the trouble. Not to disrespect her because she is a true hero while Hyde is a unwilling one. They both do know there responsibilities however. Both live in a world where one wrong step could be your last. Under night more so tbh and the story isn’t even done yet. But it’s mostly In-birth vs In-birth vs voids. Rwby it’s “mostly” huntsmen vs grimm and Selen’s faction (yes there are more bad people but most normal huntsman wouldn’t kill each other unless they have to, while many In-births do it for fun)

Isolator (the sword) is alive. And can go on autopilot if Hyde starts to suck when fighting. It's made out of an angel's wing, and said angel is still alive and can separate her wings and control it

However in under night in birth 2 sys celes hyde and other characters (linne, waldstein, carmine, orie, gordeau, merkava, vatista, seth, yuzuriha, hilda and mika) has no side effects which means all characters are now able until the final night ends, declaring war against kuon.
