It is not picturesque and rates are madly high. There is just a lake and water sports activity which could be extremely enjoyable if done on a beach. I would highly recommend not to go there as these have become highly commercial places to extort money with no fun and scenic beauty at all.😊

Cost of activities are starting at 250 rs all activities price ARe lesser than 1000 only parasiling is 2500, how can you see costly, people from delhi ncr and nearby can reach there in 6 hours by their transport while for beaches they have to go with train or plane also it requires 2 or 3 day to go at beaches. You can get hotel just in 600 how can you say place is costly brother.
