Hi Could you share what the issue was with the bottle with the high level of ingress eg no bore seal/ cap too longer so seal not adequate? Kind Regards Rob

Great question: Given that HPP pressures are extreme (in excess of 87,000) proper cap/bottle mating design is crucial. It is possible that some existing packaging can have a measure of usefulness in an HPP environment. However, the takeaway from this video is: for reliable success that let’s food manufacturers sleep well at night, it is important to use packaging actually DESIGNED with HPP in mind.
