Some would say its a sad song as the protagonist of the song wants to kick his drinking habit but always relapses. I think its a somewhat hopeful song, seeing as he wants to stop drinking for the sake of those he loves and, although he goes back to drinking, he doesn't actually give up and keeps drinking forever, he gets back on the horse every time he's reminded of how much he loves those in his life.

@@benthemother3fan884 even in the lyrics, you can see how the story plays out, somebody who's addicted tries to get off alcohol, and at first he has reassurance that in time, he'll slowly regain control of his life, but when he finds himself alone, with nobody congratulating him, and none of his friends coming back, he worries that there's no point in him changing, so he starts drinking again, and tells himself that he isn't.

Fun Fact: Current Kirinji lead singer Takaki Horigome had worked for Namco for a while during his early days in the band. He composed music for various games. The most notable one is Pac-Attack where he is listed as "Polygome" for the SNES and Sega Genesis Versions and as his regular name in the Namco Anthology 2 updated version for the PlayStation.

@@TheAleStuffs Es la interpretación que tengo de esta canción, también tengo una de *”Lonely Rolling star”* la canción habla sobre una pareja que es muy unida pero esta es separada debido a que su novio se la pasa rodando (por así decirlo) Me gusta pensar que LRS trata sobre el rey y la reina cuando eran jóvenes, en las escenas de WLK se ve que ellos siempre fueron muy unidos hasta que el antiguo rey le haciende el trono al rey (el actual xD).
