38:42 I believe it is hypocrisy tejaswi applying different standards for the same situation-being okay or limited reaction with cheating when it's done by friend but reacting strongly when it happens to her. This inconsistency in how she views cheating in different contexts is what makes it hypocrisy. One suggestion for interviewer Stop trying to please and turning negatives into positives. Just because someone points out their flaws doesn’t mean they should be sugar-coated. Acknowledging the reality is more important than pretending everything is fine.
