This song is actually a cover of a vocaloid song! If you liked the instrumentals you should check out more stuff from PinocchioP or just Vocaloid in general since there many great vocaloid producers like Giga and Teddyloid who are the producers of Ado's "Show". Ado's newest song "All night Radio" is produced and composed by MitchieM who is also a Vocaloid producer :D

So cool thing about the song- the lyrics are pretty dark but intentionally backed by lighthearted music because it's about the frivolity of online discourse. The song is translated as "God-ish" but I would argue a good middle ground to the meaning and the word would be "Godlike" or "Epic" in english. Basically casually dropping extreme words for hyperbole, and how everything is an extreme online to the point where no nuance can be had. And how words for moderate experiences are just discarded along the way. The middle bit where she sounds bored af is kind of where the disaffected bit comes in, like "idk what you're talking about but I'm bored af listening" followed by leaving whatever conversation or interaction to go watch something they wanna see. Like... I guess lamenting tiktok style attention grabbing and the death of actual human interaction as a result. More than two sentences gets hit with the "ok boomer gonna go watch cat vids"

I don't know if it'd do well on KZbin but if you like vocaloid, you should react to the original song sometime. PinocchioP is a great artist, though this cover wonderfully shows how good of a singer Ado is

Speaking of GOD-ish you should check out Nerissa Ravencroft's cover of it! And speaking of Nerissa Ravencroft I lowkey think you and the group should react to some Vtuber songs since there's quite a few of them that are bangers and it's kind of a sub-genre of Anime so i think it'd fit the channel perfectly

this song wasnt created by ado, its from PinocchioP and its just ado making her own album of it using her voice instead of the original hatsune miku voice

You should check out the other covers of this song as the original is a Vocaloid song by PinocchioP! Particularly the Hololive talents (Aqua Minato and Amane Kanata's duet cover was my favourite)

IMO, Kotoha's cover is the best. As most of her covers beat others.

@TEJIDOTCOM The original artist is PinocchioP using Hatsunne Miku's vocaloid voice, there's lyrics there you can cross reference here. That said, Ado's voice range is absolutely phenomenally wide and she does well!

From someone on reddit "It’s satirizing modern online culture. If you read the description of the video, PinoP explains how “kami” is used colloquially. It’s similar to saying “that’s so cool” or “awesome!”, but due to the use of the character of “God”, it becomes a critique into how people idolize certain behaviors online despite some glaring contradictions to traditional sensibilities. “Gott ist tot” (God is dead) is a sort of pessimistic outlook on the state of affairs, and the last line of “wanting to dance without (knowing) life” serves as a warning for those who put too much focus on the banality of online tropes, memes, etc. EDIT: i omitted this for simplicity, but in case you’re curious, “Gott ist tot” is a direct quote to Nietzsche. He explains that man, through the enlightenment of the Sciences, has “killed God”. The last line of his opening statement is likely on eof the references that inspired God-ish: “Must we ourselves not become gods simply to appear worthy of it?”

Hey, it's been amazing watching you and the boys reacting to all these songs and animes. And so I leave here, since you've known some Eve and his songs maybe you all could react to this one song called "Leo". It's a very nice and chill, feel good song. I think you would like it a lot!

*Day 35* of recommending the *Beyblade openings* . There are the Japanese ones and the English ones. The English version has one opening for a generation, and that for the 1st and 2nd generation. The 3rd gen has one op for one season. But the Japanese version has multiple ops for a season in any gen. You should definitely check both versions out. I made playlists on my channel, so you don't need to search, cause in those compilations are a few off and not in the correct order. Thanks for checking out!
