Bugün sizlere tek hamurla 4 çeşit kurabiye tarifi vereceğim;
Hamuru için gerekli malzemeler;
250gr tereyağ ( mutlaka oda ısısında yumuşak olucak)
2 çay bardağı sıvı yağ
1 çay bardağı toz şeker
1 çay bardağı pudra şekeri
2 çay bardağı nişasta
2 tüm yumurta
1,5 paket kabartma tozu
Aldığu kadar un
İyice karıştırarak yoğur kıvamlı bir hamur olucak
Daha sonra hamuru 4 eşit parçsya böl ve istediğin içeriği ekle ben kakao ve badem tozu ekledim.
İstediğiniz şekilleri verip önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fansız (alt üst ayarda)fırında kontrollü şekilde pişir ( benim fırında 20-25 dkka sürdü. )
Sade kurabiyelere Üzerlerine sütlü ve bitter çikolatayı eritip şekil verdim, kakaolu ya ise beyaz çikolata eritip süsledim.
