Hey Sammy, Megabyte won by a judges' decision of 25 to 20. During TSN (2003 National Championships in MN), Megabyte fought four times; 3 KOs (Tornado Mer, Sewer Snake, Shrederator) and this fight against Tekka Maki by a decision. MB defeated Shrederator in the final fight and was the 2003 Heavyweight National Champion.
Actually, megabyte was moving when flipped (he was moving like a top), so he wasn't really KO'd. I believe he won this one.

2:37 wowo man thats a nice beyblade

By the way, surely Megabyte was technically KO'd? It spent more than 30 seconds on his back before finally landing on its feet.

and I thought a full body spinner could never self right
@datguy88057 жыл бұрын
Especially with a broken self righting bar.
@QWERTY7081006 жыл бұрын
Ziggo's flag, aside from directional awareness, was used for self righting.
@datguy88056 жыл бұрын
moziet that isnt thick enough to self right. Youre thinking of another RDC bot
@QWERTY7081006 жыл бұрын
Team Ziggy's website says that the pole was used to self right. Just look at Ziggo VS Snowflake. No shell spinner can shake that much yet stay upright.
@datguy88056 жыл бұрын
moziet luck. Either that or it was just enough to prevent flipping over given its size. Now way that thing can be used to self right

Megabyte is the Heavyweight version of Ziggo.

Most likely that bumper in the front. My guess is that it was used for pushing and shoving around the box.

It's usually a drum. He used it against Shrederator and won.

If ziggo had bigger stronger components on it and it was a heavyweight it would destroy megabyte
@datguy88057 жыл бұрын
Well ziggo is good in its weight class, if they were to upgrade it to a heavy weight it could be different in terms of effectiveness
@datguy88056 жыл бұрын
XeGKarMa itd also be actually megabyte, or actually typhoon 2, and we know what happened to typhoon 2
@razer25916 жыл бұрын
Yes, but technically Megabyte wasn't using its drive wheels to move. It took too long to get itself back on its wheels. I remember seeing Mauler on Battlebots being turned over and using its spinning body to move like a top, but in the end it didn't have time to recover from that position and was technically KO'd. So I still believe Megabyte should have lost.

that recovery is so epic that its the epicest of the epic, nothing is more epic then this epic recovery you'll see in your epic life! im just saying. don't know what im saying, ask RWJ, he's the one who said that, except recovery is meant to be video
@twks12316 жыл бұрын
Who won?
@Deathwish4214 жыл бұрын
@KoFDee Yes, one video is proof of that. I respect a good British flipper but to say that one countries bots are by default better than the others is stupid.
@battlebotsboy17 жыл бұрын
R u sure, because when I saw this fight on the MMM DVD, it said that Megabyte won 23-22.

3:14 is the reason Megabyte is my favorite bot now(now that Mauler 5150 is retired). MEGABYTE RULEZ!!!

I'll upload it, along with the other fights on the DVDs, as soon as I get a camera.

Nope, but you can find it on one of the "Metal Munching Maniacs" DVD.
