This is the arcade version theme of Eddy Gordo, a man skilled in the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira. Tekken 3's soundtrack is just a legendary as the game itself.
Going back in time through the music, I always loved how Eddy would walk up to his opponents a point straight at them nonchalantly! I don't think this is as good as the arranged version but it is just as easy going and easy to listen to.
