Raven reminds me of Blade from Marvel and not only is he a spy agent but hes also a skilled Ninja Raven is a more accurate and traditional Ninja than Yoshimitsu as evidence by - His attire - Acrobatics & swift Maneuverability - Kuji-In hand signs - Kenai knives with ropes tied on the handles hanging down - His stance where he stands in an upright posture with his arms crossed and his Black scar flowing - His Ninjutsu fighting style & - Like Yoshimitsu, He has teleportation moves

Feng was the best character in the vanilla version of Tekken 6 but got toned down on the console release to mid-high tier. As far as Raven goes I know he was definitely low tier in 6
