Big disagree there, chief. Upping playback speed just makes kind of a mess of it all. Now if someone took this, probably tweaked up the bpm and fiddled with the distortion effects, could definitely get something a bit more frantic with the same music feel(in theory, I'm not the most well-versed in practice).

Shaheen is the closest you will find for that. Also, I don't think they ever made (or will make) a character based on religion, because it's not an interesting design point for the majority of people. Shit needs to sell after all lol.

Shaheen is a Muslim if I'm not mistaken, hes one of only 2 characters in Tekken with a confirmed religion, the other being King who is Catholic I believe.

Though, in King's case, it was more to show the orphans and how he's taking care of them. My point still being that those are things added later. They don't take priority in a character design (how they look and fight), and/or never indicate it.
