As someone who's only been playing the game for a week or so, HUGE thanks for this one. Nice and straightforward with lenient input windows, so it feels like I can finally get my foot in the door with this. 3 4,b4 also seems to flow really well off of ff4 in general, so I'm finding it pretty easy to mix it into a few other simple launcher combos. Good looking out.

Yo you left out one of the easiest: , f4, b4 (S!).. dash, ff4.. 3,4,b4. About 76 damage for screw all effort. If you Rage Art instead of the final b4 its a 100+ damage combo... For screw all effort.

Loose Goose The numbers correlate to buttons on the gamepad. Just like Mortal Kombat and Injustice, it's a universal layout. PS4- 1:Square 2:Triangle 3:X 4:Circle Xbox- 1:X 2:Y 3:A 4:B

Upon coming back to Hwo, for combo 1, you can also do a very slight walk forward into uf 3,4,3. Also, rage drive is interchangeable into those combos.

kAni The inputs leading up to the screw are right. After the screw, based off what was shown, you would do dash 3+4 to switch to RFS, f3 LFF f3.

If the stage doesn't have walls. In the 2nd combo use front+4 then back+3. The enemy will then be rotating in mid air, just after this do a ff4 (long right kick). What this does is a reset in the combo and honestly you can carry this upto 3 times atleast I do it myself. Results in a combo with 80+ damage(eats away 60% lifebar atleast)

I don't know the difficulty of this but it did take me a couple of tries to master it so here: jfsr (optional) RFF 3~4 S! dash ff4 3 1~3 LFS f3. That combo takes about half health (Atleast in Tekken 7 1.0 since I still only play it at the arcade), and if you use his Rage Art instead of the last command (f3), it takes a tad bit more damage.

you have to dash after b4 screws them and before u/f+3,4,3 [aka hunting hawk] will hit them. This isn't the case if you do a shorter combo like df+2, f+4, b+4, u/f+3,4,3 because hunting hawk will just automatically hit them from so close up. If you have trouble knowing when you can dash after rfs b+4 turn on "display recovery" in training mode when your character stops flashing blue he's idle so try to input the dash soon after the recovery of the first move so you look blue the whole time

turn on view recovery in training mode and practice getting ff4 as quickly as possible. You can save the first f in the buffer while b+3 is recovering but the f+4 has to be done as soon as you finish recovery. I was struggling with it for a whole day before it clicked. Also if you want to practice getting used to where it should juggle after b+3 try the combo b+3 f+4 b+4 u/f+3,4,3 where the f+4 hits is around the same timing you want to get used to f,f+4ing

The easiest combo with high dmg for Katarina I use is (Whatever knock up you want, b2, d-rising 2, u3, db4, or even low parry works), 444 (She should only be able to kick 4 times), 22, f4, 4. This alone should very well do at least 60dmg except for starting with low parry, and if you want to follow up with a f4, 3 or 4 to continue the harass, feel free to do so. Note that you need to wait a little bit in order to hit with 444, if you use a low parry

I can never get close enough to land that attack. are there any precursors to using it effectively or do I need to practice wave dashing to get that close? and I know it's universal. but it's much easier to read the sample combos they include in the game already. I've mastered all of those.

Leon Jones it's easily blocked. it's not much faster than any other attack. the range is so short that it's hard to get up in anyone's grill. when people try those attacks on me they never Land either. I don't let them get that close. so what is a attack that would bring you in closer. something such as a fake out or something. the way I'm describing this shouldn't be hard to understand. what is your precursor to using it? or do you just charge in and go for it? I promise that will end with the other player taking at least chip damage against me. and I'm not that great. unless I've screwed up and they are punishing my whiff. or is that how? is the uppercut a whiff punisher?

Michael Mulcahy since df+2(the uppercut) is a safe launching mid, it can be used randomly during pressure...just throw it out with some other attacks and hope it lands, but use it wisely, and no it isn't a whiff punisher, use b+3 (back + A) for whiff punishment followed by the same combo you would use after landing df+2

^^^ What he said. It's an honest beginner mistake, but set it to "stand" on the first CPU action and "guard all" on second CPU action to see if it's a true, uninterruptible combo. Also, to see if moves are guaranteed to hit opponents who land on the ground after a combo, adjust the "ground technique" to different settings like "side quick roll" or "quick recovery". Most likely it isnt your speed. It took me forever to be able to do it. Tap forward then let off the Dpad Then Down - Down Forward and Hit A just as you press DF or slightly after. Or I might be describing the other one, but imo sky rocket is harder to pull off at first than the spinning kick. Sky rocket is either A or B then the spinning kick is the other. And i about forgot. Make sure that when you get to DF that you are stopping there. If you keep going until you are at forward it will mess up the attack as well. And do not let off of DF until after you press A/B.
