Thank you bro! I am new to Tekken. I had seen the wall grab combo in other videos and then I wanted to find it in the command list to try it out. I was lost. I scrolled down the whole list 5 times and still couldn't find it. Your video helped me a lot, mate! Screw the self-proclaimed "veterans" that assume every player has to know about all moves.

Yep, press both kicks (3+4) to do the jaguar step, then with both still held press a punch (1 or 2) and he'll do the grab.
