Savior!! Yes.. ive been very sad with ny performnce in my local scene. Maybe beacause were like 15 people playing tekken 7 here and i only have 1 character.. King. And now they just know me a lot unkike them they have so many. Can u please make a strategy video general gameplans mix up mentality of goodass normal tekken. I went from usurper to vanguard ..... ahhh.. but yes i will practice this jgs. Finally something i can do aside from throwcombo

Jaguar Step is a blessing to King players. It's our own backdash, and it also gives King an instant mixup. Remember that conditioning is key to using this J King tech. Practice conditioning your opponents, and you'll have a blast using this mixup.

A specific tech you can do with this: if you see they keep doing quick wake up to avoid the refloat, you can do two jaguar steps into grab mixup for potentially very big damage

Great video, just figured I should point out that at 1:25 you have some of the labels mixed up. [D/F+2,1] is where [1+2,3] should be, [1+2,3] is where [SS+2] should be, and [SS+2] is where [D/F+2,1] should be.

Wow this tech is godlike I’ve been using it online and at one time I had a 32 win streak using this. The most I’ve ever had. Went from raijin to emperor in one session! Tekken god prime here I come!!!

I'm afraid you cannot delay the hold back, since by the time the 2nd JGS begins, you will have missed your window of opportunity to quick wake up, good try though ;)

This is some really good tech! I wonder if it’s possible to visually see if they techroll before king does the second spin? I’m gonna test this as soon as I get home. I know asuka has something very similar with her spin and she actually has enough time see if they tech or not and hers is even better because her unblockable is a mid so no need for a mixup.

Yeah, it's alright, but it's biggest weakness is that the opponent can avoid it every time by just holding back :/

It seems that holding back also beats this, the first kick will hit shallow after the JGS rather than refloating. Is this a case of messing up the timing or am I missing something?

Yes, you can avoid refloating like that, however you will get chipped by the d/f+4 and you will also have to deal with both of the 2x JGS kicks, so bot the best idea.

The unblockable sparksfirst appear 10 frames before the move connects, if you can react to that, you are basically claiming to being able to duck jabs on reaction

@@Hunt4iSW but isnt it at that point basicly a 50/50 after the techroll? i think its doable if you know theres only 2 options. reacting to jabs at 10 frames is obviously impossible since they can come out at any point, but reacting to something you know there are only 2 options for should be doable.

Eh, I see too many flaws. Jin players are going to parry after the tech, others will challenge and trade hits, and instead of the extra 20 hp in damage while forcing them to recover, they get away. If Lilmajin doesn't do this, there's probably a good reason why.

You don't seem to do any research... Jin doesn't have time to parry any of the choices, and not a single character (even yoshis flash) has time to trade with JGS options... Next time test it out yourself before submitting misleading comments :/

@@Hunt4iSW i can just duck the unlockable or it whiffs upon recovery. So now you have to hope that the mid is meaty enough upon my hit box recovery (spoiler alert, it wont be). You're the one doing the guessing game, not the opponent, and when it messes up, and it will, you're open for the nastiest combo possible. This tech will work against noobs with bad lag.
