I do wanna add for the people who don't know for the fahk 314 mid and the 31d4 low that are both 20f and a true mixup. The balancing in defending that string is that the 2nd hit is a high, so you can avoid the mixup altogether, but if you miss the duck punish then you definitely have to take the mix. I'd leave off saying if something seems too good to be true, there is possibly some way to beat it in tekken. If not, then yeah take the L lol feelsbadman

Bro thank you for this...I pay attention to the hit properties on strings but I never really gave thought to the frame differences. I guessing you can use this to determine what strings are natural too. Strings cheese is something that I'm still struggling with after playing over 20k matches and 1600 hours smh😢 but this is extremely helpful!

Hi. I see you have a thorough approach to fighting in Tekken 7. I'm also trying to learn all sorts of useful tricks. Can you tell me - is there somewhere an overview of techniques from 2 strikes for different characters - maybe you've met? I mean the description of 2 strikes that are almost guaranteed to hit the target while (as a rule) are not combos. For example, Lili has f+d+1 and b+d+1.

Great content man, u asked before what any particular topic we want to ask you so i got one I play bryan nd i dont consider myself a great player, I'm at emperor ranks There are 3 things i struggle the most with 1 is matchup knowledge, like i cant fight chloe, eliza, anna etc etc 2nd is knowing when to step and how much to step, i usually step into guard a lot and 9/10 times i get clipped or the step is unnecessary 3rd is that Bryan's jabs has no tracking, like it literally doesn't work against females, and he has like no evasion, so how do i play with this as I'm progress in high ranks where people step and duck/evade a lot so unless its punish, i cant use jabs, nd i am a paul main and he also has bad 10f punish, but still i win about twice as much with him as compared to bryan If u are asking about my playstyle so i play very defensive and safe ,i dont use punishable moves unless necessary So if u have any tips or videos to make on any of these topics, that would be a lot of help, also ur bryan rank up videos are too long for me to point out any tips you talk about 😅

Yeah it’s like an OS sorta like delay tech in street fighter to eliminate options Unsure about down parry but I know if you’re too - you cannot down parry like after crosschop wake up options into fast low

How many strings should we realistically be looking to learn per character? 5? 10? I assume we don't have to know every possible string for 50 characters, but then again, this is Tekken we're talking about... (Good vid btw! =D)

If your Tekken God+ then you prolly know at least a bit about every fuzzyable string, but the best way to go about it is to just find out what the most popular strings are for each character starting with the most popular characters (maybe there top 3 or 5 strings) and focus on those because the other strings obviously wont come out nearly as much playing vs those respective characters.
