on a serious note if youre wondering why the 7 outfits look less "high quality" (mostly the console release cast, so not counting dlc since those were modeled afterwards) its because theyre outright ported from tekken 7. theres no remodelling or texturing iirc. namco just didnt ask you for extra money unlike their competitors this time lool

Honestly didn't notice it until I saw your comment and the geometry does seem somewhat not as good as the new outfits. I will say though they look far better than they did in Tekken 7 and I feel that's because they redid the textures, shaders and materials for them at least (ex. Kazuya's T7 coat), as well as the improved clothing physics and the new lighting helping with that so it's not something I'll lose sleep over
