Hwoarang can manually go into Backturn stance with a 1+2 input. After pressing 1+2 to go into backturn, if 3 is pressed after going into Backturn stance manually like this, that move comes out. It's move #74 in the move list also

how am I supposed to expect hworang to do any of these options, he actually has an answer for everything in his stance, I have t just keep him away and hope he doesn't get close or I have to read a stance transition or a high, mid, low and consider if the option was even interruptible or if he was just gonna power crush

trust me he doesn’t have answers for everything especially after they took away his hellsweep you can sidestep or duck most of his kit i recommend playing the character for a little bit bc his options aren’t as good as they look
