This Hworang was super aggressive but had solid defense and knew when to hold back to bait whiffs. Blocked a lot of hellsweeps and made good use of pokes, counters and plus frames. Solid player.

I've been playing with Hwo since TT1 the more stuff that was added, the more aggressive I became. Fundamentals, Baiting, Character Knowledge, and knowing when to pressure, are definitely the keys to solid Hwo gameplay.

this hwoarang player is a really fast learner!at 4:01 after ws44 he wasn't in an advantage and devilster predicted that he is gonna press and used uf2 to dodge the next attack but the hwoarang player instantly learn from his mistake and at 6:54 after a ws44 punish he instead sidestep left to sidestep devilster uf2 and launch punished devilster for being predictable in his gameplan and won the match because of it

Hwoarang has lost a bit of the authenic ITF Taekwon-do style he had in tekken 3. They mo capped an actual ITF practitioner back in the day. This version looks like what people think what Taekwon-do kicks are (obviously not all the over the top shit, just the basic style)

I love tekken but one combo taking half a bar is stupid, always hated the juggles in this game, a bad start can ruin the entire round. Comebacks are cool, but the damage should be slower to make rounds more enjoyable. 2 juggles and it’s over
