Net code is pretty good. Been playing with some friends from south east Asia area while at central US and it feels really smooth. The only problem I have is when I get that mysterious disconnect when I'm winning a ranked game.

So I’ve NEVER been a Tekken fan whatsoever. I’ve played it here and there throughout the years growing up, but by no means has it ever grabbed my attention and made me wanna commit to it. I must say though.. after watching Lotus and a few other streamers I like play Tekken 8, Something about this one has put a hold on me!! It looks AMAZING, The gameplay looks solid and flows flawlessly and the customization is insane! Decided I was gonna actually commit to this one, i go to buy it from the Xbox store and find out it’s New Gen only..😢 Needless to say, I think it’s time I finally upgrade to the new console so I can play this because mannnnn I’ve gotta get in on this, looks way to good to miss out on! Please keep the ranked matches coming Lotus, I’ve more then enjoyed every single ranked video 🙏🏻 👌🏼

Last time I played Tekken was tag tournament so coming back is so nostalgic. Finally got into the red ranks after breaking a controller but I can't help but trying to dive in even on a break

Netcode is alright. If its wired connection between 3-5 bar, its fine. Wifi connections are horrendous though. I no longer accept wifi player matches. Sorry not sorry, but i’m not ruining my experience just because someone refuses to buy a cable.

The connections in this game are either the smoothest it can be or an absolute disaster, there’s no in between.

I do love how it shows you who is the one with the bad signal. It’s good knowing that it’s very rarely ever my fault if the ping is higher usual

@@Urlastnerveno. Left one is player 2’s connection and right one is the performance of their pc. It only appears when you play against a pc player. When its red, it means their game is stuttering.

Yo Alisa's head game is crazy But seriously though her just tossing her head around and using the chainsaws is hilarious As for your main...the Hwoarang is the most hype to watch...even more so in 8 than when I watched you play him in 7...plus the customization possibilities add variety regardless of which ends up being your main

My experience with the netcode has been very positive. Only had about 3 really laggy matches thus far.

The games looks nice, it runs pretty smooth, but i just cant get into hacky sack type fighter games. Get them in the air and just keep combo til they drop with no way to counter it til you fall and hopefully block...then your turn. Thats just my opinion im just one guy of many. Im a soulcaliber/dbzf/DOA fast play. This game does look clean

i think the netcode is lying to me. 5 bars but if someone happens to be streaming to discord/twitch will sometimes cause EXTREME frame drops on both ends. Happened to me both as the streamer and just playing against someone who probably was.

Playing on Wifi and most games have been flawless. At worst all my worse games were because of my opponents PC Hardware

Idk about the one PC player early on but my PC can handle Tekken 8, it just lags super hard whenever I stream on discord which it didn't do that at launch. Hopefully I can find a fix for it because I do want to stream for the homies from time to time

play some asuka man she has like 7 different launchers with good reaching normals no stances and each combo easly spits out 70+ damage i switched to her and its been a lot of fun chilling on a simple character

Net code in this game is fucking unreal for me. I’m on WiFi in a basement (not by choice) and I’m having actually playable matches with my homies in Kuwait

If you press ready before he cancels you don’t get stuck on that screen. If he cancels and you press ready you get stuck. That needs to be fixed.

I just bought the game and instantly put it on the lowest settings. And I’m still getting fps drops. It’s honestly weird

My connection is so dog shit, I almost feel bad playing... Like, it runs smooth sometimes, then it doesn't, then it's trash, then it's great. Ugh...nothing I can do though... Also, this game is apparently not optimized well on PC. My PC can handle high graphics settings for this game. On medium, the stage Midnight Siege tanks my fps after a round or two IN PVE! I set things to low and the same thing. Other stages are fine. When it's one stage, it's not your comp, it's the game. I also dropped a shit ton frames during the arcade story sometimes. 100% should not be happening. They need to release a patch for the PC version specifically. Other people with more expensive and recent graphics cards have reported the same thing. Shit like this is why consoles will never die. Not that I want them to, I'm just saying. But yeah, it's been an overall mixed experience for me on this game. Still love it though :D

The connection in this game even when facing someone with 5bars is still ass. Its not consistent enough I think even if its better than tekken 7. I legit skip wifi players now too

Same. Wired connections are mostly fine, the only stutter there is because their pc can’t handle the game. But wifi is horrendous. Even if it shows up as 5 bars on the accept screen, it almost always drops below 3 bars for the rest of the match.
