Jack-8's Fighting Style Is Called "Brute Force", It's not a Trained Style at All, Basically You Just Deliver Powerful and Brutal Punches and Kicks And Fight In Any Way You Like, It's Also Called "Street Fighting".

Tekken devs were probaɓly like "Hey we got a bunch of Prototype Jack animations up on the shelf catching dust, we might as well do something with 'em?" Jokes aside, I see Jack 8 got easy/alternative commands for some of his motion inputs. Now one of my friends can stop complaining about "controller this and how I didn't do that." I will say, I don't like how crouching throws are unescapable, I see some are Heat engagers but if the throw lands then you should get the activation, that seems fair, atleast they should have slower start up.

Nobody ever uses crouch throws though lol, if they werent unblockable they would be the worst attacks in the game

My two cents: as a King gamer, I find that people love to crouch my jab pressure or my grabs. So if I guess exactly *when* they’ll try to counter the grappler by ducking, I get a little bit of free damage for guessing correctly! But if I’m here throwing out jabs trying to get them to duck and I time the crouching grab just a single second too early, I grab at the air and consistently get launched. But while I think something like this on King is acceptable because, you know, he’s the wrestler, I’m skeptical about Jack having them. Like, Jack’s not a grappler. He’s buff Dhalsim. Either way, if you queue me on Jack, you won’t have to worry about that, since I’m playing him exclusively for the spank throw.
