No. Asuka uses juns original tekken 2 moveset with some added moves of her own. And Jun uses her tag 2 moveset with new added perks for tekken 8. So it makes sense that they share some moves because they are actually using the same fighting style. Asuka just uses a more traditional version due to her not having the powers Jun does.

Yes.... Asuka is a clone of Jun. They have both diverged from Jun's original style from Tekken 2 and Tag 1. Asuka's style is most similar, visually, but is more brutish, while Jun's new style retains a more elegant style.
