Yea they got rid of his df2,1 and just a df2 which is a elbow 14frames fast counter hit knockdown with follow-up garunteed afterwards

Depending on if the attack is at tip range, which it was sometimes fb2,1 can whiff. B 3,4 never misses. I'm well aware of the punishment
