Tekken 8 Story Soundtrack - Unofficial Gamerip

This was a big one so I want to go over a few things. - I had to go through over 8000 unnamed .WEM files in order to cherry pick every song out manually. All of it was unorganized and shared the same location with sound effects and dialogue. Most of the time it wasn't an issue, but opening stingers and song ending loop points were horrible to try and find. That and with the inclusion of Tekken 8 Jukebox, I had to go through every single Tekken games music in order to find the actual songs, too. Manually lining them up with a huge video file to match the exact cutscene timing was also very annoying. - There are alot of repeats during the Tekken Force section because I felt like despite the song usually being the exact same, tieing them all together in tandem with the cutscenes felt more appropriate. I was originally planning on having Volcanic Mix and Storm Rising put in just for the thematic feel of it, but it just felt like extra work so the Angel/Devil scenes are fairly short. - The only song missing from this video is the violin motif playing when Kazuya defeats Jin at the end of the story. It's 26 seconds long and I couldn't find it. I'll be going through the files again for when I upload the OST onto Mediafire, but for now it's not here. It is technically just a repeat of other Kazuya scenes so it's not that huge of a problem. - Most if not all songs are either on a shared file or seperated into loop points and stingers, so i'll need to go over and combine them all into Audacity later. I would upload the raws but they're all incomprehensible numbered files with no easy way to tell which file is which. I need to go through and manually rename them. Once I do that I will upload it to the description. Thank you for understanding.

Personal favs are the first story stage's tracks and Tag 2's Heavenly Garden remix in cutscenes. On the other hand - having read that note about eight thousand unnamed WEM files reminded me of my own experiences browsing through extracted files of one rather SFX-meaty (10k+ WEMs) game searching for a particular beat. Terrifying ones indeed. And the fact you were brave enough to line WEMs up with cutscenes like how it was in-game deserves a like, just for all that extra effort.
