Very late finding your combo vids but you really opened my mind up to alot of different unique combo routes with Zafina i've been overlooking. I particularly like your "Environment Combos" in this video. I like the use of WR3 and F3 as a follow up hit after df1,4 at the wall to get the hard wall break and getting wall carry using SCR 3+4 on Elegant Palace stage. It does set up for additional follow hits before you break the balcony well. Good Stuff!

Sick combos , I need to apply ws3 in my combos. Any bear specific combos because I can’t find what’s optimal against them

Hi. Thank you for your words! Applying iWS3 in combos can be a bit tedious online, so no sweat. As for the Bears, I can share one staple option with you. Zafina can actually get a pick-up against the Bears after landing DF34 (which is her i15 punisher). This technically gives us an i15 launcher in the Bear match-up! A simple staple (Bear specific) combo to use would be: DF34, F23, SCRDF1, WR1+2, TRTDF1. For Jack-8 (though this combo works on Bears too), you can do: DF34, (micro-dash) DF42, UF1, F234. When I have time away from my studies/work, I might make a final volume that will include all of Zafina's more unique/whacky combo applications (in which the Bears and Jack-8 specific combos would be featured). 💜

Thank you very much. The cursive text is *definitely* a stylistic decision on my end. I am often reading the script as I make the thumbnails and say to myself "a normal person wouldn't be able to read this at all, but at least it looks pretty". Hahaha. I have a third volume in the works, that features much more gimmick-styled combo ideas. Please stay tuned for that if that is something that also interests you!

They nerf the heck out of her combo damage. With heat you get what other characters get without heat. But I guess there has to be a true low tier character. Guess her evasiveness from crawling equals out. 🤷🏽‍♂️ she was my main T7. Haven’t touched her yet T8.

I completely agree with you. Even though this is technically my first Tekken game I have since checked her out in Tekken 7 and the difference in power is like night and day... She has plenty of built-in evasiveness, gimmicks and set-up potential but outside of that, her fundamental tools can be quite lacking (especially when compared to other characters in the roster). Even if we as Zafina players have to work much harder than the top-tier counterparts, she is still an incredibly dynamic and expressive character that is such a joy to play. I encourage you to try her out in Tekken 8! 💜

Hi there, it is featured in my first video. See the previous volume's 'Counter Combos' section, I have put time-stamps in the description of all of my videos! Combo starters in this volume were picked at random, as Zafina has many to choose from. This video's goal is to show-case wall carry combos, environmental interactions and Heat Dash optimisations exclusively.
