Tekken Real Arcade cinematic Intros + Attract Modes 4K 60FPS

Real arcade hardware recorded using the Elgato Camlink 4K and the OSSC (for the older systems ) and HDMI output (for the newer systems) Upscaled to 4K 60FPS

Showing all the arcade intros and attract modes from the arcade versions of the Tekken series, no home ports. I’m excluding Tekken 6.0 and Tekken 7 as I don’t have it. All these clips have been recorded from real arcade hardware from my personal collection, no other clips from other KZbin channels or websites have been used. No emulation has been used either. All of them except for tekken 7 ran on PlayStation based arcade hardware. PlayStation 1-PlayStation 3. Tekken 7 uses Nvidia/SuperMicro Workstation PC hardware. When we look at these arcade intros and then compare them to their console/home versions, we get to see that the arcade intros are just shortened versions. The best version of Tekken 5 DR's intro is on the PSP where it showed Lili jumping out of the limousine and it exploded. It was such an epic scene.

True! the home versions also have the arcade intros as a viewable video in the gallery as a little bonus. I had lots of fun making a Time Crisis arcade intros video just like this one and decided to make one for tekken. I will also make one for Soul Calibur in the near future.

Great! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Tekken Tag intro is my most favourite one. Tekken Tag intro in this video is the North American Arcade version. In the European Arcade version Paul is walking on the street and Lee is driving a Honda S2000.

Great video Don’t know how much it’s hard to find vanilla tekken 6 on arcade but i hope you gonna find one in the future Also i think you missed vanilla tag 2, i know it’s the same as ultimate tag 2 but the blue logo is much more cooler than the gold big ultimate logo. Tekken 7 i think there are 4 openings vanilla, fated retribution, original round 2 and season pass 3 round 2.

Thank you for your comment! Really appreciate it! I also hope that I find vanilla Tekken 6 one day but it’s pretty rare as far as I know. Vanilla Tekken tag 2 is perhaps even rarer as it’s an online only game, meaning no offline mode and it’s basically useless for my own personal use. I now own all the versions of Tekken 7 and hopefully when I do find T6.0, I’ll make an updated version of this video. :)
