Tekken Tag Tournament 2 holds a special place in our hearts due to its captivating stages, incredible soundtrack, well-crafted character models, and wide selection of playable characters. Should this game become available on PS5, we would undoubtedly choose it over Tekken 7. They use fewer particle effects, resulting in less clutter on the screen, amazing character models, facial expressions and customizations. While Tag 2 may lack certain features such as rage drives and rage arts, it still maintains the classic Tekken gameplay that we adore. Perhaps, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 marks the end of an era for the Tekken franchise.

I think Namco really put a lot of effort and budget in Tekken Tag 2 but the sales were not that good, Tekken franchise almost die because despita Tekken Tag 2 had lots of content and lots of effort, the sales were not good, that's the reason why Tekken 7 feels inferior in quality and content compared to Tekken Tag 2, because Namco were not willing to give big budget for a game that were losing relevance in the videogame industry, but Harada really did a good job giving promotion to the game and despite Tekken 7 were inferior in content in comparation with other Tekkens, became in one of the best sellers of Tekken. I would like a remastered of Tekken Tag 2 for PC and new consoles, is almost like a crime that Tekken Tag 2 have done it so bad in sales despite is so big.

Tekken 7 may have better gameplay, but goddamn look at the Tag 2 ladies’ character model especially Jaycee and Anna. Tekken 8’s character model is an improvement, but my God Tag 2 is still good for it’s time
