I think what people overlook about Fisher Tiger's raid is that it was a first in all of One Piece and he had the advantage of having recently been a slave himself at Marie Geoise : He would have known about the place's most recent ins and outs and where everyone and everything was since it was that very knowledge that helped him escape the first time. The only reason Ivankov, Ginny and Kuma escaped the Celestial Dragons as children was because they were outside of Marie Geoise to begin with and they were sent to God Valley to die in that human hunting competition they had. It's unlikely that the World Government would allow a second Fisher Tiger raid to happen, especially one year later... Because this is where the greatest tragedy about the Ginny situation lays. She was kidnapped just one year exactly after Fisher Tiger freed all of Marie Geoise's slaves (which was 15 years before present time) : If Fisher Tiger raided Marie Geoise one year later (14 years before present time), Ginny might have been one of the slaves miraculously freed in THE Marie Geoise raid that graced One Piece's history. Those slaves were lucky but their freedom was often temporary as they were still hunted down by Cipher Pol and the World Government to be brought back to Marie Geoise years later (see Koala's situation and how Fisher Tiger was sacrified for her freedom). Another thing to note that renders Ginny's situation even more complicated and desperate is that she was a slave, yes, but she was also made to not only be the wife to a Celestial Dragon, she was Saturn's own test subject/secret experiment. She was at the absolute mercy and under the complete control of a Gorosei during her entire captivity : She would have been more guarded than a "normal" slave and might have been in a secret place at Marie Geoise not everyone could get into or know of. It would have been one thing if Ginny was made a "normal" slave like she was as a child, but no. She was locked in a cage within a cage within a cage whose only get out key was an incurable and deadly illness that made her too weak to be useful for anything anymore.

Tbh i'm glad Tekking understand why Dragon didn’t just go and rescue Ginny, i get so mad when people say he didn’t do anything and i'm like well yeah he can’t, his enemy IS the world, one mistake and everything can go downhill. If he went and tried to rescue Ginny, he might succeed but there will be casualties and he doesn’t want that just yet, like he’s not one person like Fisher Tiger, he is a leader of an army, he shouldn’t put his plans go to waste just because of one person as harsh as it sounds i do believe that even Kuma understands that which is why even after knowing what happened to Ginny he didn’t blame Dragon. Dragon's plans are more important than one person, like i do believe that even if dragon himself got captured he wouldn’t want his men to rescue him. He had done more damage to the WG over the years with calm plans instead of going head on, like even when Ginny got captured, his army wasn’t strong like now, now he started the war because now he is strong enough to do something.

re: Dragon's lack of action with Ginny - He also likely had no idea where EXACTLY Ginny was. Any attempts to break into Marie Geoise depended on knowing exactly where Ginny was and exactly who she was with. When Fisher Tiger broke in, he likely just freed the slaves that were held in group slave quarters, not any of the ones that were personal slaves (🤮🤮) to one specific CD. Also, Ginny was captured one year after Fisher Tiger's attack. Security was probably extra tight at that point.

Compare Griffith and Dragon in terms of sacrifice. Griffith had that moment where he saw the castle he so desperately wanted to make his in the distance. The path was literally paved with the bodies of the soldiers who joined his cause. He spoke about what it would mean to stop halfway, to stop after so many people died for his dream. Now look at it from Dragon’s perspective, he has probably lost so many people and sacrificed untold amounts for his cause. If he were to be so brazen and possibly throw away his life just to save one person, it would mean the sacrifices of everyone who came before and the people who have yet to have been saved will have nothing to show for all the effort. When you look at it like that, then it’s obvious that Deagon made the right choice

I think the most important thing we need to learn about Betty is if she had her fruit before or after joining the Revolutionary Army? And on that same line, when did she join and/or get it? Her fruit is so perfect and powerful to the cause that I wouldn't be surprised if the Revolutionaries weren't accomplishing anything until she came along, and then they became a real threat and army.

I don't think Dragon would stop Kuma, given what Dragon said when Kuma decided to leave to take care of Bonney. I think the simple explanation is either they didn't know where Ginny was or, more likely, thought Ginny was dead. I don't recall if any information was shown to suggest otherwise.
