Foxy’s fruit makes me think of a Red vs Blue bit where a villain’s time mod malfunctions and makes him super slow. One of the side characters doesn’t move out of the way and when the villain’s fist finally lightly brushes his helmet he gets sent flying into a stone wall.

4:15 the funny thing is, regular photons have no "color" the color of a photon that you percieve is based on its wavelength. Objects have "colors" because they reflect photons of the other colors. Leafs are Green because they absorbe the red light that hits them and turn it into energy. They also absorb some blue and yellow light but red is best absorbed turning the leaf overall green. Choosing purple here is kinda ingenious because red and blue are opposite on the visible light spectrum. Red is a very long wave, blue a very short wave. Unless the implication is that the slow slow particle lies within the ultra violet spectrum, that we cant even see, the slow slow photon HAS to be an undiscover photon quite literally because to our understanding of light physics the only way you get Purple is by having something absorb ONLY the yellow of the visable lightspectrum. But unless its different a single photon should not be able to just be purple by its wavelength alone. Only combinations of red and blue wavelength photons could achive purple.

I played the Slow Slow ability for a few years and did many thought experiments. Main thing about the Slow Slow I think things hit by it are slowed to a set speed and not by a set speed making for some crazy interactions. Far as Awaken goes for game balance reasons the Noro Noro was not allowed an awakened form but we will see what happens in the story.

Foxy's Slow Slow Beam is somehow a Photon or part of it so it's interesting what will happen if Kizaru was blasted by it which Kizaru is made of Photons himself. Photons also doesn't have mass but blackholes could suck it thus it is magical.

Foxy uses an AOE through his beams wavelength. The beams slow particles moving in the area affected by the beam. So since all atoms slow at a molecular level it appears as time itself slows.

Oh so that how Roger and Newgate got sick. They was fighting someone with the slow slow beam for a few months before they were able to kill him and got cancer. But since cancer can’t be study in the All Blue yet so they didn’t know how to cure them and just slowly die but Haki was able to push it back for a bit.

I'm surprised Foxy never make a gauntlet that had a prism to refract the Slow-Slow beam outwards to slow multiple targets. That said, it probably doesn't work as the particles would either dilute or dispurse, nullifying the effect. Would be an interesting question to pose to Oda for an SBS if it hasn't already.

Luffy vs Foxy is Yosemite Sam vs Bugs Bunny. Tekking, the slow slow fruit is one of Oda's toon force fruits that ignore physics. (A toon stopping a bullet, buss, rocket, charging person, etc... in their tracks by holding up a stop sign or their hand and saying stop) Foxy is a toon, and that is why he is able to trick luffy all the time. (Robin, Nami, and Sanji are straight-men, so of course foxy doesn't fool them.) 😂

I can't wait for when Tekking discusses Chopper's fruit. It makes no sense! When Chopper turns into his zoan form, he becomes an adult right away, when other fruits used by children (e.g Momonosuke) turn into baby versions of the animal in question! Another thing is that That fruit has a passive effect of giving an animal human intelligence. Chopper is always as smart as a human at minimum, with his brain point making it even better. And another thing is that for some reason Chopper's fruit doesn't let him have horns in his most natural zoan form (Heavy Point) when we know SO MANY humans that have horns! The things don't end! For some reason Chopper's fruit turns him into a very furry human that looks like he came out of a Cats-like musical for reindeer. Why is it so when all the other zoans we see in the story look quite regular in their zoan forms, even WITH the liberties like Lucci's Goatee and Kaidou's double horns. It just plain doesn't make sense! And why isn't Chopper trying to turn into a regular giant form? Giants are humans! Even if there's an specific Hito Hito no Mi model Giant, there are Pacifista and even Seraphim that are all human! If Chopper knows all that sciencey stuff about his own fruit and can even artificially create new forms for himself why can't he borrow from the strongest forms of humanity? His Monster Point as well! One thing I noticed about zoan awakenings is that the head always tells you who's got control. If it's a failed zoan awakening, the head will be that on an animal and the lower body is normally human, if it's a successful awakening, the head will be identifiable as be that of the user's. In Chopper's case though... His head is his own, it is a reindeer head, not a human head! So why is it that he lost control?! I pose that Chopper "lost control" because he actually got "total control" with his medicine, but because his boon of intelligence comes from the devil fruit and the devil fruit's properties go all out of wack for Monster Point, Chopper's mind goes back to the level of a regular reindeer (not great), requiring Chopper to actually hold some unknown part of the doped up transformation to still think properly. Which would then mean that in some convoluted way, Chopper is a Devil Fruit User that may have been completely taken over by the will of the devil fruit he ate, as he is way more human than reindeer and any reindeer nature in Chopper is but a minor expression of his whole self at this point. And one last thing (sorry, I'm really invested into this)! Why can't Chopper practice Electro?! He's furry, he has static electricity all over himself, he can't even lose that fur in his Heavy point (the most human), he can even make a form that optimizes that particular quirk to attack! Chopper is basically a Mink! Actually, why isn't Chopper's fruit the Mink-Mink Fruit then?! He doesn't lose his blue nose no matter what, his fur is inseparable from him as well, it's closer to a mink than a human!
