The one thing with if Brook fights Queen, is that Brook isn't immune to the ice oni virus but an asymptomatic carrier of it. Meaning that Queen could be infected with his own virus. And/or Brook somehow turns the virus into an upgrade for Soul Solid.

Nah, that’s not happening, as soon as Apoo gets back up he’s on Luffy’s side for sure and the reason I say this is cuz of the fact that Queen gave him that ultimatum and he fail to complete (not to let them get the cure) therefore if he were to get up and go back to Kaido’s side, Queen would just kill him or have someone else do it (plus he needs the character development)

The problem of Queen vs Chopper + Brook is the pathologic lack of Haki on the side of our team. I dont think that someone with no haki can beat someone of a magnitude of Queen who is a Haki user.

we need to remember that these might not be the last matchups. For example, on Enies Lobby, Sanji first resisted to kahlifa, Nami fought Kumadori, Usopp and Zoro fought Jabra and Kaku. I say this because I really find it highly unlikely that Sanji will fight Black Maria, it would go totally against his character to do so, even if you made him develop during the fight, after it, Sanji would become a pretty boring character, since this is one of his most defining traits

From a Tactical standpoint I agree with you, however from a power scaling standpoint I just couldn’t buy it due to the fact Queen is a Yonko Commander and we haven’t even seen none of the heavy hitters (Zoro, Sanji, Jinbie...) defeat anyone of that Caliber and I think that has to happen first in the story for me to buy in to it (plus Sawyer would freak out lol)

I’d love Chopper to fight Queen, but Chopper’s righteous anger is more toward unethical doctors like Hogback and Caesar. Obviously he isn’t cool with what Queen is going but Queen isn’t a doctor per se. That said, him mastering the viruses that Queen has curing them all and/or using them to his advantage in a fight with Queen would be great. I’m still hoping for a fight for every Strawhat so if Chopper and Brook team up I’d like it to be against two opponents rather than one. More than enough people around for that. Also still on the Apoo vs Brook train.

You dropping how Luffy just casually cuts his lifespan into pieces made me realize something. We figure that people awaken their devil fruits by living with it for a long time, Doffy and Katakuri for example. What if it's that the DFs awaken when the end of the users life gets appropriately close enough. Every known awakening user is (presumably) middle-aged by regular standards while Luffy has cut his lifespan, gotten closer to death, like he's running into traffic. It certainly would get him access to his fruits full potential with the dangerous twists Oda loves to add to power ups.

Chopper in Monster Point was able to survive a clash with Big Mom's sword so he can arguably hold off Queen as long as he stays in that form. Brook's full strength post time skip hasn't been properly established outside of his loss to Big Mom come to think of it.

Tekking should do a Wano roundup(where is every character for both sides before chapter 1000) As for match ups: Luffy vs Kaido(yes this will be messy with many other characters around but we are in the endgame and Luffy needs to defeat Kaido without doubt. Kaido will take care of Big Mom[this will cement his being more powerful than her thus eliminating a need for Luffy to backtrack to battle her after defeating Kaido]. I think we might lose Killer. Law and Kidd will be on stopping Muffin Mountain from crashing[metal tower holding it off/room people out of the capital]) Zoro vs King( this will drain Zoro but I see a situation where Kaido is defeated and tries some sneaky bs and Zoro executes him(in defense of someone else), keeping Luffy hands clean but ultimately removing Kaido from the board. Sanji vs Queen, Queen has some history with Judge that will get flushed out Jack vs Jimbe drought vs fish Page One/Ulti vs Ussop/Nami brother/sister dynamics(expect Zeus’ return on Big Moms defeat) Franky vs Sasaki Pacific Rim Fight Black Maria vs Robin attack of the 50ft women Carrot vs Perospero

Chopper and Brook vs Queen sounds amazing! With Bleach I remember always trying to predict who would fight who. Usually I got it pretty close. This feels kind of similar but I don't think I expected them to fight such a strong opponent.

I finally agree with a Tekking theory! And I mean absolutely zero offense by saying that, OP theory crafting is just different for different people. Edit: Especially with the Beast pirates being so Zoan focussed, Chopper a (quazi/potential/greater?) awakened Zoan would be very poetic.
