This is great, more videos like these please. Also a video showing how to deal with singularities or overemphasized moments in slabs over column/ walls in concrete structures would be gladly appreciated.

How does the software account for induced stresses in the supported slabs caused by displacement of columns carried by transfer slabs, if only the transfer slabs are meshed?

How important it is that the sub models are per floor? I have created full models which have broken down into sub models which are 2 stories (probably due to double height columns).

The effect of using the chasedown sub-models will be reduced by combining the levels in the same model. For a 2 storey sub-models, this should not have a large impact but if the sub-models are combined over a number of levels, you can start to see similar effects to what has been shown for the 3D analysis. The combined sub-models usually occur when analysis elements are modelled over multiple levels so removing these should allow the sub-models to be created on a level-by-level basis.
