We are going to provide new vision of plant design easier, faster and with superior quality.
DS Component improves customer's business efficiency dramatically using artificial intelligence connection automation software which is based on TEKLA STRUCTURES.
DS Component consists of 14 modules.
Base plate component creates hinged-base plate connection and post connection.
Girder splice connection, Girder splice and bracket connection, Girder splice and plate bracket connection are all Moment components.
Moment components are used on Column splice connection and on two column splice connections of different sizes.
Able to joint various End-plate connections.
Shear component can be used on single shear connection and double shear connection.
Brace component is used for single shear bracing connection, double shear bracing connection and splice bracing connection.
Lastly, able to joint Girth and Purlin connection.
DS Component is a user friendly software thanks to using user's own database to build a variety of member connection data, which makes an easy and accurate design possible.
Depending on member sizes, connection is automatically formed, and since connected to various member sizes, an easy and fast modeling is possible..
In case member sizes are changed, the connections are automatically alternated according to user's settings, which makes a fast and accurate design possible.
The interference area is checked, and the component is automatically modified so that errors that may occur during design and construction are blocked, and also shortening construction period effect is excellent owing to improving quality of design.
Apart from DS Component, we are in the process of developing modeling, drawing and revision management as well.
