Why there are multiple single and assembly drawings for the same type of thing. For example, why there are 4 single part drawings for columns (C1,C2,C3,C4) while only two of the drawings could suffice (C1 for longer and C2 for the shorter column)?

Orientation of the columns are different because of placement of gusset plate for angle bracing.

hello sir, ı cant create report. When ı click create report and select miscellaneous and clicking show , program said this report is here to help organize the report list and ı didn't see material list in my report templates . How can solve this problem? thank u

Before creating report, you should select option "Select object in component" placed at bottom of screen (look like green color cone symbol), just place curser over that symbol, you will get the name as select object in component, then click on it to activate for select parts in miscellaneous, instead of selecting component in it.
