You have RSRQ = RSRP/(RSSI/N), but 3GPP has it as NxRSRP/(E-UTRA Carrier RSSI). I would recommend using the 3GPP definition. 3GPP should the source of truth. Any formula manipulations should be explained in the video, but always refer to the standard.

Excellent lecture.. but i m little bit confuse.. RSRP= RSSI-10 log (N*12) and RSSI =12*N*RSRP.... ?? ? if we want rsrp then u have rssi value ? but in rssi finding,, how to find rsrp ? Please give me reply

I had a doubt regarding 4G-LTE ..Is there a parameter in 4G-LTE which deals with variation in transmission power of a base station (eNB) and the association with UE's based upon the transmission power. Basically what I want to ask is is it possible to increase/transmission power of a particular base station so that it may associate to more number of user equipments (upon increasing the power) and lesser number of user equipments (upon decreasing the transmission power)?

Yes, of course. It's possible to increase or decrease the power. This is what the optimization process is about so cells don't get overloaded or overshoot.

+samir jha In LTE as we have CQI (channel quality index) levels. it has range from 0-15 based on modulation and code rate. A resource block is a time and frequency resource of 12 sub carriers of 180Khz
