Hi every one. I am a resident of this society since 2008 and honestly I am very happy here. I have know many residents who have moved from Bahria socity and they say this is better than that society. The only thing i like is its very secure and peaceful. And most of all no traffic. Its always free roads when going and comming. Rest every person has their own choice. Stay safe and in Peace. @@ubaidrehman7249 WAS, regarding the electricity I don't see much interruption at all. Yes there had been an instant or 2 but that was due to some fault which was sorted out. Yes one thing just to mention honestly. I have oberseved some tenants complaining about water but in my house i havent experienced any Alhamdulillah. I guess we made a good decision during construction of house to have a deep bore done in the first place. Rest i would advise drop a visit and see the site and take some advises personally at site. I have visited Sector: F-17 Islamabad. As per my observation, Its major problem is the railway crossing on both main entry gates where you have to wait some time. Its residents told me about water issue here. Rest of the sector is well settled.

@@scholar24-653 There is shortage of water. Bore water is coming just for 10 minutes. Lot of ready homes are made by contractors which has very bad materials used. There is lot of seepage in homes. There is no water of supply line and society has no facilities of their storage water tanks. Also the main Fateh Jang road has very heavy traffic and the road is very narrow. Which is a big problem for people coming and going to rawalpindi and islamabad for daily work. There is no college for girls and boys. The school inside society are very low standards. My advise for this society is. The person who has not children's and no work he can keeps his parents here and send them money from foreign. So these people can survive here very good
