Paul Convoys story is. I don't think I've stopped crying. How has the world allowed this to happen for 50 years. Absolute shame on us. Disgusting.

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Tuesday that there have still been no new negotiations on peace between Russia and Ukraine, as the latter refuses to sit down and talk. For this reason, the "special military operation" will continue until Moscow comes out victorious and all goals set by Russian President Vladimir Putin have been achieved, Peskov said. Meanwhile, when probed about the situation in Syria and Syrian President Bashar al-Assad leaving the country, Peskov shared that this was a "personal" decision. The Kremlin remained silent when asked about Assad's alleged asylum in Russia.

The Ba'athist Syrian government under President Bashar al-Assad was politically and militarily supported by Iran and Russia, and actively supported by the Lebanese Hezbollah group, the Syrian-based Palestinian group PFLP-GC, and others.

Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) Director Sergey Naryshkin told the magazine Scout on Tuesday that Russia is close to achieving its objectives in the "military operation" in Ukraine. According to the head of the intelligence service, "at the front, the situation is not in favor of Kiev," while Russia is gaining "strategic initiative" in all areas. For Naryshkin, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are "on the verge of collapse" while the government has "lost legitimacy and, as a result, negotiability," the director concluded.
