I am so thankful that I came across this video. As i was meditating and ma'am was asking us to visualise the person to whom we are teleporting our message I visualised the entire situation, him sitting on his chair in his hostel room and working on his laptop. As I continued with the meditation tears started to roll down through my eyes because deep down i know that we are never going to see each other again and that hurts like hell. During this entire duration of 12 minutes i felt so happy. The image of me grabbing his shoulder from the behind is something which is never going to happen in real life scenario but those 2-3 minutes fell like a blessing. Never knew that I would miss someone this much because all I did was took their presence for granted when they were there for me. I don't know whether I will get any result or not from this meditation but I pray for them to be happy and healthy.
