Dat kan kloppen, reclame voor tabakswaar zijn bij mij weten, nooit op Tv geweest bij de STER. Wel was er tot enkele jaren geleden reclame voor sigaretten te zien in de bioscoop.

I can talk only for Germany, but here was no tobacco in TV commercials after 1975. Tobacco commercials remained in cinema under special circumstances. I noticed, that they compensated it by using extreme frequently posters and cinema. Have no idea, if Netherlands had tobacco in TV commercials.

It doesn't seem possible to find cigarette spots, that are especially made for television, I always find some for cinema.

When you search for Stanwell Werbung you find one with Hans-Joachim Kuhlenkampff and a block of some cartoon clips from Loriot, that ends with the slogan "Three things needs a man..."
