Dr. Henry is 100% right. Jamaican youths have changed drastically in the past 15 years. The Govt Must begin implementing programs, trade schools, guidance, and mental health services for the youth, or Jamaica is set to be in major trouble in the next decade. We used to have standards, ambitious youth, better education, and more resources. If nothing is done, the country is going to be taken over by gangs and will be too violent for tourists and residents alike. The way things are being done now is deplorable and inexcusable!!!!!
