The mayor has a responsibility to to recover all outstanding monies owing to the authorities. These businesses make a positive contribution in Jamaica and may require to make payment arrangements during a time of rising costs etc. I encourage the Mayor abd authorities to consider forfeiting interest on amounts owning to help businesses to fulfill their financial obligations. I write with concern and interest for the situation. Keep up the good work at TV Jamaica.
