TELL ALL: My Birth Story | Kryz Uy

Thanks to the best husband ever, I got to have some time to film this quicky video before Scottie needed me again. A looot of you DMed me questions about my labor and delivery experience, and I thought it would be best to go in-depth about it today. It’s a scary time to be pregnant, let alone to give birth- so I really hope my experience helps other mamas out there who are feeling anxious and afraid.
I also wanted to share my story because I felt it was a very positive one! In a sea of birthing horror stories, a good experience can surely calm down expecting mamas. A dose of positivity is good for your baby too!
The best part was having Slater beside me the whole time. One of my fears was having to labor alone, in a sterile place with strangers around me... but THANK YOU LORD for making it possible for Slater to be part of my story.
Also, I would like to thank all the medical staff, and my doctors, for being the BEST cheerleaders. They were very professional, made me feel safe, and encouraged me to PUSH and PUSH until I got to meet Baby Scottie for the first time.

So sweet! It reminded me of my birth story (my baby is now almost 2 years old). It’s OVERWHELMING being a new mom, but it truly does get better. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF above all - baby needs you to be well. Take all the help you can get and don’t worry, babies are pretty strong. This is what my now self would tell to myself during the first days and months after becoming a mom. Postpartum depression is real. Take care of yourself so you may continue to enjoy this amazing life gift!

Had 2 babies naturally, no epidural. My husband was not with me during those 2 birth experience since he's a seafarer. Went to the hospital at 6cm and 7cm, resident doctors were not even entertaining at first since I was so calm only for them to find out I was in active labor. Breastfeeding both of them (2 year-old toddler and a 6 month- old baby). I can't even believe my body was capable of all that.

Mine is also traumatic, i got my contractions Oct. 1 2018, 7am and delivered the baby by Oct. 4, 2018 12:35am, 4 days labor, 4 times Internal exam, induce for 4hours and expecting for normal delivery but the baby doesnt come out so decide for emergency ceasarian, its a double pain experience but its all worth it now .
