I died when it was about to finish. I was sitting on my bed and because there's only 2 rooms, one room is where me and my mom and my sister sleep in, I get in all the dramas. In the end (spoiler alert) when Lydia was about to go on the train Jean kissed her and I was like screaming my heart out. My mom went "Shut uuuuuuup"

Thank you for uploading. Anna Paquin and Holliday G are the perfect Jean and Lydia. Wish they hadn’t altered Jeans character by changing the ending. Because Jean fought so hard in the book, it made her my favorite character.

The ending of the book is what made this book amazing. I’m no fan of book alterations. And I really believe that ending should have remained and made the film extraordinary. But just giving this book a cast, a perfectly casted cast, is enough for me to still be so excited.

I have just seen the film which I did enjoy. However it really has been altered quite a bit from the book. Definitely prefer the book's ending and hated that they didn't have characters like Sarah and Dot in the film.

Honestly this is one of my fave festival films, which i've watched many times but i still like it. it's perfect overall. the actress actors location and everything, i love it! such a GREAT film. it's about love romantic sexy aesthetic gorgeous sad. really cool!!!_

The director was incredibly annoying throughout the entirety of this, and I strongly dislike how she did the ending to this film. Anna and Holliday were perfect for their respective characters, however which made the film redeemable and endearing.

I am currently reading the book during my xmas break so no spoilers aha! But I have to agree with Anna Paquin about how the ending, albeit bittersweet, was probably the most realistic to the time. As much as I regret to say, coming from an 18-year-old lesbian who's in love with vintage gays ahaha.

Anna Paquin looks fuckin gorgeous here, i dont know whether its a mixture of her makeup, her hair and that sexy dress shes got on. And admittedly ive always found Anna Paquin to be quite ugly when she was younger, in those X-men movies, but shes always been a really good actor, should see her in the Piano really soild little performance.
