I am sure you are further along in your pregnancy but a natural relief for nausea or upset tummy is papaya tablets, you can get at the health food store. Works great!!

I know baby will be here soon, but helped my kid with jealousy was including my daughter as much as possible with baby things, asking her opinions of things that sound fun or preparing them for how tired you’ll be for a little bit till you get adjusted to everything and that baby is in a big new scary world for them and might need some extra gentle loves from everyone so they aren’t as scared, and just having little talks about that. My oldest is the best big sister. Also before baby gets here having a one last good family day as your current dynamics are….our last family day I went into labor as soon as we got home. Mine aren’t adopted, but jealousy is pretty normal.

I’m currently 22 weeks pregnant with baby #3, I’m starting over I already have a 13 & 11 year old and they had this same reaction when I told them they’d finally be getting the sibling they asked for.
