What really happen is the next day the young ones quit of the company and went to a startup. They got fed up that older ones mobbed them with not get been paid The company finally went to bankruptcy because the old ones weren’t capable enough to catch up with enough work due to their family and had enough fresh and new ideas to challenge the market, end of the story

Except he wasn't 'real and honest' with the data. What he did is a typical example of manipulating the data in order to manipulate the people. He mis-represented the salaries as 'T' as if they were separate from other expenses, 'E'. The truth is that they are not separate. Not paying salaries is same to not paying suppliers, or not paying rent or utilities bill. See how mis-representing data can have an emotional impact and skew the impression and lead to wrong conclusions? easy...
