Actually, in The Curse of Michael Myers, Michael’s beaten over the head with a lead pipe after being injected with acid, in the Theatrical Version, but stopped when Paul Rudd places down some Runes to stop his power, in the Director’s Cut. Also, in Halloween II (2009), Michael is stabbed by farming equipment and then by Laurie herself in the Theatrical Version, but is shot by a police firing squad in the Director’s Cut.

Micheal has super healing cells, so fire doesn't really do anything. He's burned(many times), shot(multiple times), stabbed(multiple times), and is hit a metal rods. If he can survive all that, then he definitely has super healing cells. It just makes sense from a story standpoint.

I love the visual winks and nods to the little miscellaneous details of the franchise while the narration is talking about the main points. For example, talking about how Michael was skipped in the third movie and brought back for the fourth, while showing the Silver Shamrock masks from Part 3, complete with bugs.

Updates... that I’ve seen or heard 1. Your commentary is slower, I can understand, to tell apart from the original 2. The first and curse’s suit are different colors, originally blue and light blue, now green and grey 3. Michael falls into a mineshaft, not a well like the previous 4. The commercial appearance for season of the witch wasn’t included in the previous one. 5. The accidental pink mask wasn’t included with the blonde hair 6. And the obvious one, Halloween 2018 is included. Good remake, it wasn’t bad, not like rob zombie’s Halloween edit: I noticed my mistake and I added it in

@@Dire7 Except with Jason, it actually works. If you really put it into perspective, he wouldn't go out of his way to leave Camp Crystal Lake to go murder people. He's just defending his territory, with murderous results. So this helps paint him in a more sympathetic light, especially considering his past, while still making him creepy. With Michael, it doesn't work. He's the embodiment of evil. He kills because that's all he does. He's after Laurie because she's his prey. Nobody knows what even made him snap, especially since it's clear his family wasn't abusive. So that only makes him more terrifying.
