Note: that angry cop guy who accuses you of potentially doing worse than Harvey on that merc was the same cop who shoots you in the start of episode 1. He also is the first cop to hold the gun up to you every time they try to arrest you as batman.

It doesn't really matter, the only difference is that his face isn't burnt, he still becomes two faced either way, its the syringe drug that does it

I feel you, mate 🙂 I was quite upset about Harvey becoming two face regardless of our choices. He was a good, caring, fair, driven man. He'd an amazing mayor for Gotham. I wish we could have done more to save him. I wish we could have told him that Bruce is batman.

If you had chosen to save Harvey instead of Selina at the debate, this second time you help him solidifies Harvey's alliance with batman. It also means that it'll be better to confront Harvey later on only as Bruce

@Jeffery Thunder it’s not entirely avoidable. It is a condition he have even before the burn. The trauma just enhances it. The difference I do see is his view on Batman / Bruce. Whether he trust or willing to work with. Unfortunately I can’t influence much. As it’s a silent treatment playthrough. So it’s more of a results based on their own choices. Without the man character influencing / enabling them.

I don't mind but doesn't these titles spoil the episodes a little? Of course they don't tell you what you picked in your playthrough but it still gives away that at some point in the episode, one has to choose between these. I just feel like some might care to not know about these choices at all prior to watching the episodes. (You can't avoid seeing these in your feed first as they're the newest uploads) Maybe waiting a little longer before uploading these?

If I wait, then someone else does it and I lose on the opportunity to bring people in to the channel. I also lose out on the ability for my videos to rank highly in KZbin's search engine, and highly ranked videos are how YTers pay their bills. There are a lot of factors that go into SEO on KZbin, but upload time is by far one of the most important, which is why being first is so incredibly important. I agree it would be ideal for me to be able to wait, but the way this business works, and the way YT's search algorithm works, I can't. It's up to the viewer to keep themselves off of YT and social media before they play the game if they want to experience it themselves. The same way folks have to not look at YT and social media, and be careful on Google whenever a new TV show episode comes out. Telltale is consistently my best performing stuff. Can't sacrifice that for other's sake. it's not my job to protect people's eyes and ears. It's quite the opposite really.

Maybe instead of waiting he could make a few videos titled "Alternate choices part 1,2,3" ect? Part of the problem with that is the way I title the videos affects how they rank in search engines. I title them the way I do for a reason. Same with the descriptions.

Holy crap i cant believe i didnt pick this up before!! Montoya is an easter egg in this game. Renee montoya in DC becomes a character known as the question, who wears a mask that makes her look like she doesn't have a face making her mysterious. Hence the name, the question. I hope they do more to develop her character

Montoya was suppose to be off as a policewoman due to her shooting Falcone. She was taken off the force temporarily.

A lot of police offers carry zip ties as well because they are much more compact and they can "cuff" more people if there is more than two (the standard amount of handcuffs an officer carries). Hope that helps

Notice the Dark Knight taps his neck, before his voice changes? I noticed that he only sometimes talks like that. According to the WIKI, the Bat-suit has a voice modulator embedded in it's cowl. This is most likely to protect his alter-ego's identity, and instill intimidation in his victims. Looks like he can turn it on and off whenever he needs to.
