This week I try out the Tellusloc ground anchor system distributed by the Millenium Coupling Company www.mcc-ltd.co...
I try them out on a fence repair job and then keep doing stupid things with them until I get them to fail or break. You'll be pleased to know I succeed.

That’s not going anywhere! Brilliant innovation. I can easily see them as standard inclusions for fencing over gullies, as you predict Tim. Another superb review. Thank you.

Thanks Tim, I have just come in from the workshop because my tired stupid brain was telling me to use the angle grinder. So, I after watching the video I am glad I did, Cheers and looks to be a brilliant product.

How would they work in sandy soil would you recommend using a longer cable on the largest anchor or stick with the double end assembly , love your vlogs Tim keep them coming , all the best from Tassie

Considering the low cost, probably worth trying one out…. Definitely increase the size.

Fascinating, could these be used vertically for anchoring angled posts such as a grape vine or espalier end post so one can do away with stays in the fence line, then strained up with the trellis wire?

Yep, Ground anchors are very commonly used in Orchard trellis to do exactly that (very big screw in types) and have been used for at least 30 years (maybe much longer) in some vineyards as tyback anchors, the only thing you need to watch is that the diagonal stay wire is marked well or you hit it with implements etc.

@@FarmLearningTim Sorry, you missed the essence of my question. I'm talking about using the Tellusloc as a vertical stay wire under an angled post at say 60 degrees.

Hi Tim, It’s a really good solution! How much do they cost? And, where can I buy some from? Merry Christmas 😃🎄

Hi Tim Love how you test things out. I have a different problem, because of all the water and now it has dried up, it's light the soil has shrunk LOL. My pine posts are loose in the holes on flat ground just wondering what your recommendations would be? I was thinking of getting some concremate (expanding concrete) and filling each hole, thoughts Again thanks so much for this true blue Aussie channel

Mate, my pleasure. I would avoid concrete. Cracks and creates problems down the track. Try using old steel posts as anchors until the soil settles. Walters have a good little bracket for that.

Have you seen the LeGarth post foot? It seems like a nice solution.
