Telos was created in a psychic channeling by a woman calling herself Sharula Dux in 1978. Before that, no one in Mt. Shasta had ever heard of a city of a million Lemurians living beneath Mount Shasta. In 1972, when I first arrived in Mount Shasta, people were looking for Phylos (Dweller on Two Planets), supposed director of a council of masters living in a chamber far up the mountain. "Telos" is not Lemurian, but a word from Greek.
