Great presentation, this got my RUT working for me. One question, now that I got connectivity, I'd like more speed; i'm capping at 11Mbps. Is that my SIM/cell-connection? or a limit on the RUT? I got similar speeds hardwired and wireless. Thank you again!

Will not work. European Decices will self destruct as soon they cross into mexico. j/k Seriously, what has your location to do with the devices function? You have GSM? si? then it would work technically, unless your celphone service provider is substandard.
