సర్ నాకు ఒక మీ సేవ కేంద్రం ఉంది. మా దగ్గర ఆన్లైన్ లోకరెంట్ బిల్లులు, అలాగే హౌస్ టాక్స్ కట్టించుకుంటాము, అలాగే కస్టమర్స్ ఎవరైనా అడిగితే ఫోన్ పే, గూగుల్ పే ద్వారా మనీ ట్రాన్స్ఫర్ చేస్తూ ఉంటాము. మరలా కస్టమర్స్ ఇచ్చిన డబ్బులు తీసుకెళ్లి కరెంటు అకౌంట్ డిపాజిట్ చేస్తాం.ఇలా చేయటం వల్ల బ్యాంకు ట్రాన్సాక్షన్ ఎక్కువగా అవుతున్నాయి. ఇవన్నీ కూడా కరెంట్ అకౌంట్ ద్వారా చేస్తాము. కరెంట్ అకౌంట్ ద్వారా ట్రాన్సాక్షన్స్ ఎన్ని లక్షల వరకు చేయొచ్చు. నాకు గడచిన రెండు నెలల్లో ట్రాన్సాక్షన్ అమౌంట్ 20 లక్షలు వరకు అయింది. నాకు GST లేదు. GST తీసుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంటుందా, ట్రాన్సాక్షన్ అమౌంట్ ఎక్కువగా అయితే ఇన్కమ్ టాక్స్ నోటీసులు వస్తాయి పెనాల్టీ కట్టాలి అంటున్నారు. అది ఎంతవరకు నిజం. దయచేసి తెలియజేయగలరు థాంక్యూ

Hi sir, మీరు చెప్పింది నేను బుక్స్ లో చదివాను. ఐతే నాకు ఒక ప్రశ్న ఎప్పటినుండో వుంది. ఇక్కడ అడగాలి అనుకుంటున్నాను. Q. నేను GST ki ముందు రోజు ఒక బిర్యాని నీ(example) 200/- ki తిని టిప్ గా 20/- ఇచ్చాను. GST తరువాత బిర్యాని తిన్నప్పుడు 200+CGST 8%+ SGST 8% అని బిల్ 236/- ఇచ్చారు. నేను బిల్ కట్టి వచ్చాను. ఇక్కడ నేను అడగాలి అనుకున్నది ఏమిటంటే GST నీ హోటల్ వాళ్ళు కదా కట్టాలి. మరి నేను ఎందుకు కట్టాను? GST వల్ల పన్నులు తగ్గుతై అన్నారు కదా? మరి నేను ఎప్పుడూ కట్టని 32/- అదనంగా ఎందుకు కట్టాను?

అది మీరు కట్టకపోతే, అప్పుడు బిల్లు 250 అయ్యేది. మీరు కట్టడం వల్ల హోటల్ వాడికి input tax credit వస్తుంది కాబట్టి ఆ రేట్.
